May, 2010 Rich Technology won the bidding of Pangu Plaza project.
Located at the core area of the OCA zone, Pangu Plaza is the only comprehensive landmark building with a distance of 180 meters to the Water Cube (National Swimming Center) and 500 meters to the Bird’s Nest (National Stadium).
Pangu Plaza, a dragon-typed architecture composed of five buildings, is a masterpiece of the present age designed by the world-renowned architect Li Zuyuan. As the only commericial complex situated in Beijing’s Olympic Central Area, Pangu has not only supplemented the needs of the district, but also formed a perfect coordination with the ambient environment. Together with its adjacent buildings ( for example, Beijing National Stadium, National Swimming Center, National Conference Center, Digital Beijing Mansion and News Medium Center, Olympic Central Area and so on), the place has become a new core of China in tourism, culture and business. On the other hand, the design concept “Not seeking the first, only seeking the uniqueness” has not only conformed to the “Harmony” cultural core of the Chinese nation, but also displayed a creative spirit characterized by constantly striving to become stronger and marching forward forever. The design of the whole construction is detail-oriented, pays attention to both the intellectuality and the comfortability, realizing a perfect combination of technology and function.
