May, 2014 Rich Technology won the bidding of Film&TV post production center under Zhejiang Radio&TV Group.
Located in Xiaoshan district, Hangzhou, the Film& TV post production center under Zhengjiang Radio& TV Group occupies 282,000 square meters, with a gross floor area of 285,000 square meters. As a key cultural project of Zhejiang province, it has been listed in the major construction projects in the 11th five year plan and the projects of “Four Batches” of the cultural industry of Zhejiang province. The comprehensive building of the Film& TV post production center will be 218 meters’ high with 42 layers and a gross floor area of 190,000 square meters when completed, being a new landmark along Qiantang River; the gross floor area of the comprehensive building of Film& Culture Service will be more than 90,000 square meters, among which 5000 square meters will be used as independent Film& TV production zone with 11 independent buildings. It will be a modern Radio& TV construction project of Zhejiang province with a large scale, great investment, high class and overall planning.
