Beijing metro line 19, formerly known as Beijing metro line R3, is located in the western region of Beijing. For the south, it starts the Haizi Angle region in Daxing district, and ends the Shahe of Changping district on the north region. The distance between the line stations is large and the speed target value is high. It adopts the model A with 8 sections, and the maximum speed of the whole line is 120km/h. The first phase of the project is limited by civil works and the speed limit is 100km/h, which is a north-south express line with large traffic volume through the central city.
The first phase of the project starts from Xingong station of Fengtai district in the south and ends at Mudanyuan station of Haidian district in the north. It is about 22.4 kilometers long and has 10 stations, including Mudanyuan station, Beitaipingzhuang station, Jishuitan station, Pinganli station, Financial street station, Niujie station, Jingfengmen station, Caoqiao station, Xinfadi station and Xingong station. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2020, and the second phase of the project is under planning.
Beijing metro line 19 will connect the two new urban areas of Daxing and Changping in Beijing's planned new urban area, which is conducive to carrying over the functions of Beijing outward.
In September 2019, our company won the bidding for Beijing metro line 19 project.
