Experts organized by the Center for evaluation of scientific and technological achievements of China Science and Innovation (Beijing) , held by the National Nuclear Security Technology Center and Reach (Beijing) Technology Co. , Ltd. jointly completed the“Third-generation nuclear security integrated access control system”project scientific and technological achievements evaluation meeting. The expert group listened to the report of the National Nuclear Security Center and our company, reviewed the relevant technical data, questioned and discussed, and came up with the following comments:

1. The evaluation materials submitted are basically complete and meet the requirements of scientific and technological achievements evaluation.

2. The project integrates functions such as nuclear radiation monitoring, face recognition and body temperature detection, develops the third-generation integrated entrance and exit control system for nuclear security, and improves the comprehensive management and control capability in the field of nuclear security under the protection of epidemic situation. The main innovations are as follows:

(1) The project adopts integrated logic control technology to integrate card authorization, face recognition, nuclear radiation detection, temperature measurement, health code reading, data analysis and other functions into a comprehensive gate equipment, realizing the comprehensive detection of passers.

(2) The project collects data generated by multiple subsystems such as radiation detection, gate control, card management, travel analysis, temperature measurement and security inspection terminal in real time for integrated management, realizing the simultaneous control of gate by multiple systems and supporting the logic control of master/deputy, and/or and priority among subsystems.

(3) The project realizes unattended personnel access control through intelligent analysis and prediction of operation data such as normal passage, abnormal passage and suspected abnormal passage.

3. The project has applied for 3 national invention patents (two of which have been authorized) , and the intelligent human body quarantine inspection and control quick-pass door has passed the test of the product Quality Supervision and testing center of the national security prevention and alarm system, the intelligent anti-epidemic gate system has been tested, evaluated and applied in Sanmen Nuclear Power Station. It has a wide application prospect in nuclear facilities, public safety, traffic and other fields.

In conclusion, the group believes that the project is highly integrated, practical and innovative in terms of the integrated approach to personnel access control and monitoring in the field of nuclear security, and has reached the leading level in the country, it could significantly enhance the ability of the nuclear security field to manage the access of personnel in an integrated manner and agree to adopt the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.
